Order Cancellations

Golden Morsels LLC is a small team that, based on our cookie demand, orders a certain amount of ingredients and bakes in our shared commercial kitchen during a specific time slot. As such,  order cancellations must be requested no later than two full days (48 hours) before the scheduled cookie order pick-up date & time.

Note on cancellations: Partial deposits paid after your cookie order is confirmed and/or prepared are non-refundable under any circumstance. 

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info.goldenmorsels@gmail.com. All sales are final unless order problems/issues are confirmed by Golden Morsels LLC, at its sole discretion, to be actionable. In such cases, Golden Morsels LLC will issue a full or partial refund for cookie orders placed via our "Cookie Order Form" at goldenmorsels.com. All order problem/issue inquiries must be received within 24 hours of the date you received your cookie order.
