Order FAQ: Cookie Order Details, Pickup Location & Payment

1. How do I place a cookie order?

Go to our "Cookie Order Form" tab and fill out your order request at least 4 days before the scheduled pickup. We will reach out via email and/or text to confirm your order details.

2. Can I choose my own cookie flavors & the quantity for each?

The cookie flavors currently available for order are listed under our "Cookie Collection" tab. On your order form, please input what cookie flavor(s) you would like to order and the quantity for each.

3. Where and when do I pick up my order?

Pickup is available at either of our Bay Area Farmers Market locations during market hours. Either Saturdays (Grand Lake - Splash Pad Park) or Sundays (Stonestown Mall).

4. How do I pay for my order?

Once your order is confirmed, we require a deposit (Venmo or Zelle) for half of your order total (50%). The other half of your payment is made upon arrival at order pickup.
